Do you take a commission from factories?

No. We are paid by you, and our fee is shown as a separate line on every quote. You can see the factory's own pricing.
Is there a minimum order?

There's no minimum to work with us, but very small orders may have a minimum service fee because inspection and handling costs are fixed.
Are freight charges marked up?

Freight and inspection are quoted at clear rates on your quote, so you can compare them with any forwarder.
When do I pay?

Factory deposits and balances follow the supplier's terms, typically 30/70. Our service fee is invoiced with the order, and the balance is only released after inspection passes.
