How many cartons fit in a 20ft container?
+
It depends on carton size and orientation. A 20ft standard container is about 589 × 235 × 239 cm inside (≈33 CBM), but practical loads are around 25–28 CBM. Enter your carton dimensions above to calculate the exact grid fit.
How do I calculate CBM?
+
CBM (cubic metres) = length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 1,000,000, multiplied by the number of cartons. A 60 × 40 × 40 cm carton is 0.096 CBM.
When should I choose FCL instead of LCL?
+
Above roughly 13–15 CBM, a full 20ft container (FCL) is usually cheaper per unit than paying per cubic metre for shared LCL space, and your goods are sealed at origin.
